All money goes directly to the band. This is a completely DIY project - we did the recording, mixing, art, everything...We worked really hard on it, so we sincerely thank anyone who helps support our continued efforts with a little cash.

about

While this is a new Anxieties album, these are not new songs...once we acquired a certain level of home recording technology and expertise we realized that a lot of the demos and early versions of songs we did in the Eugene era could very easily be recorded either better or just more in keeping with the way this line-up plays them. Some of these are some of the earliest Anxieties songs, and some of them have not been played live in 5 years or more, but we love them all, so here you go...

about

The Anxieties Portland

The Anxieties are a four-piece punk rock band formed in Eugene, but now based in Portland, Oregon. Dusted Magazine called us "garage rockin' punk, mad scientist-core for the paranoid and suspicious" and that sounds about right to me.

Track Name: Nowhere Zone
I'm living in the nowhere zone, got no car & I got no phone
I'm living in the nowhere zone oh no, oh no, oh no!
I'm living in the nowhere zone, I can feel the chill in my bones
I'm living in the nowhere zone oh no, oh no, oh no!

Well the street is always dark & street is always cold
My neighbors are all weird & my neighbors are all old
Well there ain't no fun to be found because there ain't no one around
The days are all so wrong & the nights are all so long

The light of the snow on the TV is my only illumination
Sitting my room it's all boredom & alienation
Well I don't have no money, & I don't have no time
All I've got is these words but I'm afraid that they won't rhyme
